Am I missing anything? Does reversing the usb port work? Like the two cables touching the wrong pins, should be the other way?

Please try enabling HS14 and then check in IORegistryExplorer to see if it appears.

Looks like it did appear but nothing worked.. Feel like trying the other USB port physically instead.
EDIT
Fixed. Its HS13, had to rotate the USB connector.. lol I went to flip it earlier..

Another thing for everyone, do not download Intel Power Gadget with HWMonitor around. It will cause your system to be un-bootable.
