[SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

... On that note, how can I check to see which version of the kext I have?
Simply right-click on the kext in Finder and choose Get Info.

I'm pretty sure they are not aligned correctly, the right side is little bit higher and it can make you fail to read

No dice on the power button fix. Going to try replacing USBInjectAll with 073 and rebuild permissions. Also, my bad, should probably include that I'm using an Inland Premium 1TB NVME M.2 3-D NAND SSD. Don't really know if that makes a difference.

EDIT: Replaced EFI folder with May 2020 Updated version for good measure, replaced USBInjectAll with 073. Made sure all config params were solid. Restarting and will test again.

Is there a log of some kind on the system keeping track of everything? Thought I might be able to look at that or upload it here if that would help. Maybe it would show where and when exactly USB cuts out and why.

Hey guys,

after installation with OpenCore 0.5.8, it seems work well all, except the audio system. In boot-args I tried all layouts for ALC1220 audio drivers, writing the alcid at the end of the instructions, but it doesn't work.

I assume to attached all files in order to understand where to fix the issue.

thanks in advance.

Hi guys,
I'm using AdGuard (paid licence) to block ads (tonymacx is on my whitelist), it works really good on my MacBook Pro and an old iMac. But it doesn't on my hackinotsh. I contacted AdGuard support service I sent them debug logs of the app and they told me this:View attachment 473663
Do you have any idea why this not working on the hackinotsh? I installed using the May Update 2020 with 10.15.4 fresh install guide.
Iv not installed any antivirus or network monitoring app.

Finally a I got it start working:
What I did:
Install an old version of AdGuard
Install AdGuard for Safari (extension for Safari)
Open them
Update AdGuard to the latest version
Restart macOS
Open Safari check if works or not (should work)
Then deactivate and delete AdGuard for Safari extension.

I'm posting this here because I never got this problem on real Macs, so maybe something is not compatible with the Hackintosh

Although I haven't used this app, Pi-Hole is a popular ad-blocking app on Raspberry Pi, and it also has white listing capability.

Hopefully other AdGuard users can chime in...
I actually run both, I have Pi-Hole running on a Pi4b and it's great. Covers the whole house iPhones, iPads and everything else. However ,I still run AdGuard on mine and my Wife's MacBook Pros so we have the same experience when we are outside the house. I've recently looked at the OpenSource project AdGuard has now called AdGuard Home. It's basically Pi-hole with some additional functions. I'll probably spin up the Docker of that for a few weeks and test it out. Basically I've been very happy with both solutions (Paid for Ad-Guard, and Pi-Hole for Home).

be really careful with the chip to not break it!
ok so i doubt checked the attachment and it is clipped on flat. When i remove pin7 and plug to pin 8 the yellow lights do show up on the MB. however flashrom doesn't find the chip still...
