Oh no, where to begin? :)
  • You're running macOS Catalina but the installation is based on Mojave.
  • For Catalina we...
    • don't install Hackintosh kexts in /Library/Extensions
    • don't use OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000
    • don't use EmuVariableUefi
    • don't use FakeSMC
    • don't have a Drivers64UEFI folder in Clover
I would recommend doing the following:
  • Make a full bootable backup of Catalina 10.15.4. Do not skip this step. If a backup drive or other components need to be ordered, it would be best to order them.
  • Catalina 10.15.5 has a serious bug so it's best to avoid it until Apple issues a Supplemental Update.
  • After the bootable backup is done, please follow this guide. Although it's for Mojave-to-Catalina, it applies 100% to your situation as well.

Thanks for the answer.
This ones is sold out too in my region.
I bought this one, I hope it will work.

Hmmm, just tried that. Did empty the trash before copying over. Still the same. On a positive note, it boots super fast when it does lol. I can work this way for awhile as I sort it out. On another positive note, Face time, iMessage are all working when I had glitches in Mojave. Can't wait to hear how the Z490 build goes.
@CaseySJ Got it! it was related to my boot sequence in BIOS. I have two SATA SSD drives that are in a raid. BIOS sees then both and had them above the Samsung 970. I knew it was something weird. I went through the EFI folders on the USB and the SSD and they were identical. Edit 29 May. I have a thunderbay thunderbolt 3 drive bay. When I boot with it attached the Bios sees the drives and puts them in the boot priority list. This is even with boot from Thunderbolt off. As long as my main SSD is above everything else I boot fine.

Thank you! Thank you! I clone each night using CC to a second M.2 so that's no problem - I must have missed some steps when upgrading from Mojave a while ago! As everything has been working on the most part, I had just left it as is out of worry of screwing something up. I will Back-up, get rid of what is no longer required and then follow the guide :).

Also, as an FYI, I don't know if anyone else has tested this but I managed to get 8k @ 60hz output on the Vega VII - It is not at all viewable without a magnifying glass on a 55" screen though aha. Though, 5k is looking rather nice.

Thanks for the help as always!

This might be interesting...After upgrading to 10.15.5 and BIOS version Z390DESIGNARE.F9g, here is my latest Geekbench score. Looks like it's mostly 10.15.5 responsible, since I checked it before the BIOS update, and it came in somewhere around 74K, but this new score...Never seen it before on my card at all!
