[SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Quick question - are you on dual boot? Separate drives..? I'm looking at Windows on the 1st drive slot then Mac on the lower slot. Using rEFInd & OC. Is this how you do it but with clover?

I primarily use Clover to boot both macOS and Windows, but OpenCore 0.5.8 and the N-D-K fork of OpenCore 0.5.8 also do a great job with multiple operating systems.

This is what I'm just looking at as my previous attempts on OBS streaming/UAD audio operations, etc., software proved to be in the end the OBS software. Or so I'm thinking/reading.
So I'm now looking at Windows 10 on the top slot so I can run OBS or XSplit and my main Mac on slot 2 (lower).
NDK OC 0.5.8 should be good (on 0.5.7), but have you any experience with rEFInd?

N-D-K OpenCore 0.5.8 looks really sharp on 4K monitors. Its UI is more advanced than OpenCanopy.

Alas I have never used eEFInd.

So am I right in thinking NDK would be on the EFI of NVMe slot 1 - then choose either windows10 slot 1 or OC Mac on slot 2 to boot from?

We should install OpenCore in the EFI of the macOS SSD. Then in BIOS we should set Boot Order such that the macOS SSD is first. OpenCore (NDK or standard) and Clover will both scan for all available operating systems and dynamically build the boot menu.

But it's best to separate windows / macOS / (+poss other say, Linux) onto separate drives, no? And boot from 1 EFI on the first NVMe (upper slot) either using NDK or rEFInd?

Yes it's best to install each OS on its own dedicated drive, but the Clover or OpenCore EFI folder should ideally be on the macOS drive (this also helps with Easy Bootable Backup using Carbon Copy Cloner). Slot does not matter. We should just install EFI onto the macOS SSD and in BIOS we should set Boot Order such that the macOS SSD is first on the list.
 
After a reboot, screens go dark. But I can remote into the desktop. Here are screen grabs from profiler. It's seeing the TB3 devices, but no monitors under graphics.
