I started the build off by flashing the TB chip on the board fresh out of the box with a CH341A (what I had in hand). It took a couple of tries to seat the clip just right enough to get the LEDs dim red, but eventually got three identical reads and proceeded to flash. Updated BIOS, BIOS settings, saved to profile, then proceeded to unlock MSR. Next, I followed the 10.15.4 fresh install mini guide with modifications to use OpenCore from the start. EFI copied to the install drive, Thunderbolt DROM added to the SSDT, and it's running perfectly with no issues so far.

AND, when you’re done flashing you can turn the pi into a pihole and Adblock your whole network. It’s pretty sweet.

Some websites have just been run over by weeds...er, I mean advertising. Look at AnandTech for example. The entire site is 360-degrees wrapped in advertising. Even Insanely Mac is a visual nightmare with videos popping up and advertisements scattered between posts. Pi-Hole can be a godsend.

Yes it is with every external drives

Eject buttons doesn't appears

@CaseySJ old buddy old pal, could I see a screenshot of your IOReg around EC>ApplePowerBus like so?

I've noticed that when my TB card is out of sync and not loading devices (still loads in IOReg), the properties in SSDT-USBX.aml starting loading on the right side. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be or not. Thanks.

UPDATE: Whomp, I've started to rebuild the Thunderbolt ROM. Though I'm not finished, ApplePowerBus populates correctly now every time. So, I guess all is well.

Just noticed this comment. I could not disagree more....NDK's version of Opencore is superior to the standard version of OC. X99, X299, C621 users all benefit from it and need to use it's advanced booting properties. But even as it relates to Z370 and Z390 motherboards, 058 users of the standard version had no end of h$ll loading Windows 10 - and I did too, but because of the advanced properties that NDK adds, I was able to compensate easily for this issue.

I have an issue with Vidoproc, when I try to convert video file, although both h264 and Hevc are active, see the screenshot when I Try to convert a video file only the cpu and the integrated video card are used, how you can see in the screenshot eve if my and RX 580 video card is detected.
I tried the How to Customize Device Names and Properties, but the result is the same, videoproc doesn’t work as as expected.
So I tried with a game to understand if the Rx580 works fine, I installed SuperTuxKart, I set all graphic settings to max, and the video card worked well, with the fan running, which does not happen with videoproc.
I’m running Catalina 10.15.4, Smbios ImacPro1.1, with the integrated video card disabled by bios, the dedicated video card is a Sapphire Rx580 Nitro, Weg and Lilu are updated at the last version.
The last thing I can try is use dummy141.kext, but in the spoiler is indicated to place the kext in Library/Extensions, and it isn’t correct in Catalina.

Do you have any ideas to solve my problem?

Hi man! I don't understand much, but I don't have under Ec ApplePowerBus. For what it is useful and how do I get it?

Yes that's the next issue. Comet Lake-S (desktop) CPUs are not yet available for pre-order.
