Yes, I followed the original thread early in the development of this. Please see here.

I prefer CMMChirs' method of injecting specific framebuffer properties while continuing to use the default framebuffer. I think there's less chance of problems with this method. I'm also using a later version of the kext that does not contain any executables which means it's less likely to break.

I inject custom PowerPlay Tables via config.plist. I try to limit the number of DSDT/SSDTs as much as possible. I don't even use SSDT-USBX for power injection anymore. I do the power injection via kext.

Just updated my Clover, all seems good. Would Radeon Kext benefit me? Also how do I change the audio-id. I ask because I am getting "swishing" sounds from speakers when quiet (good quality cables, power supply etc) and I wondered if this would help. Sorry for so many questions, hope you don't mind me pestering you? I am still learning

The RadeonBoost.kext is already in the latest EFI.

I have no idea why you are hearing swishing sounds...

Not sure if this is useful info, re the text next to Apple logo on startup, I found that if boot argument "-vsmcbeta" is removed then the text at boot disappears

How do I add this to my config.plst for my RX5700, or is it already in there.
Thanks in advance.
