macOS 10.15.4 Supplemental Update

Same thing here. Download -> Update -> confirm restart, update runs with apple logo and a progressbar -> restart
and the list of volumes is the same old - no new volumes at all.
I feel like it crashes on the first stage and restarts the system. Updated clover and kexts - no change. Boots into the current Catalina after the restart. How can I see what's going on? I guess there must be a log somewhere.

I had several partitions in the boot menu during the installation and chose the partition "Install macOS from Catalina Data" during reboot. It worked fine. Hope it helps you.

Same scenario as lg777. It worked fine for me.

Download and 3 reboot, need to manually choose ‘Install’ partition. Update time seems longer than just a ‘supplement’

Update completed and no more using App Store and Apple TV. Reinstall previous image of Catalina from USB disk and everything works well. Be careful before updating.

I ran the update on mine (Core i9 9900KS) and it still says "Update Available". I've run it several times from system preferences and the stand alone installer with the same result.

Easy install of 10.15.4 Supplemental, though I did make a clone of 10.15.4 beforehand. Only had to watch for and select 'Install macOS...' entry in Clover on 2 reboots. I'm on Clover 5108.
