macOS 10.15.4 Supplemental Update

Build 19E287 - update worked without problems

The update goes fine, but this “suplemental” looks more like a major change. Something big must have happened.

Successful supplemental update with no issues/no changes to Clover or kexts.

Update downloaded, but after reboot no installation progress bar, simply reboot into previously 10.15.4 version...
do you have to do something?

I had several partitions in the boot menu during the installation and chose the partition "Install macOS from Catalina Data" during reboot. It worked fine. Hope it helps you.

it is the first time that has happened to me

Three — maybe four — restarts, and I had to pick the install partition manually on the second restart... but beyond that, the install was seamless. But agree, this took almost as long as the original 10.15.4 update.
