DELL XPS 15 9750H sleep problems

I have replaced internal wifi Intel card with DELL 1830

WORKING:
Audio
Video with internal UHD630
HDMI
WIFI and Bluetooth
Trackpad with gestures
Display Brightness via keyboard keys

NOT WORKING:
Sleep. The system goes to sleep but at wake-up you get a black screen.

Hi Yes but it doesn't help. if i close the lid or put system to sleep there is no way to wake it up. I have to Hard reset the laptop from the start button.

Not sure about your XPS 15 but with the latest one (9500 year 2020), Dell's S3 sleep implementation in the BIOS is broken. You wake up to a blankscreen or dell logo if you have sign of life enabled.

You can confirm this by enabling S3 with Win10 as well (by default S3 is not used on Windows).

can you guide how to do so
 
Have you resolved the issue? I have the same laptop and experience the same issue with screen not waking up from sleep.
