RTC reset issue..
try this fix

RTCMemoryFixup.kext
boot-arg= rtcfx_exclude=00-FF

Having same problem too with random frequency. I installed RTCMemoryFixup.kext in EFI/CLOVER/KEXTS/OTHER and added boot argument = rtcfx_exclude=00-FF, still posting in safe mode.

thanks for sharing. I'm hoping this work on an Asus z390-a too
-do I download the kext from here? https://github.com/acidanthera/RTCMemoryFixup
-I downloaded the zip but there's no kext. how do I create the kext?
-How do I know boot argument rtcfx_exclude=00-FF is the right offset for a Z390-A? is the offset the same for all z390-a's or is each hardware configuration unique?

I appreciate the help.

In order to download the kext, you have to go to the releases tab of that page. Here: https://github.com/acidanthera/RTCMemoryFixup/releases.
However, I still haven't tried it myself. My Motherboard is an Asus B360m-a, and I don't know which is or are the right offsets for it, or how to figure them out.
