Does it not work in any way, even with the USB cable connection?
You could try updating to 10.15.2 or 10.15.1, if you don't necessarily want the latest version. I do not remember exactly if it was for GM, however around them, there was a release (short duration) in which Sidecar had stopped working.
I don't think that's what you have, but if you don't have any particular contraindications, you can try to update as a first attempt.

No its not Working

my laptop has only intel HD 520 1536MB graphics
i have GM version maybe!

i will Update my Mac to 10.15.1 and let you know.

Hello everyone,

Anyone has discovered how to make work Sidecar with a dGPU?

I have an old X58 system with a Westmare Xeon CPU inside, no iGPU (obviously) and a dGPU Radeon x590...

I tried every combination of SMBIOS but no luck. iMac Pro and Mac Pro 7,1 black screen (because of the t2 chip). The rest of options not working because I don't have an iGPU. And I tried the Sidecar Patch method but not working with Catalina 10.15.3

Well...

No luck. I tried using SMBIOS iMac 19,1 adding in the config.plist shikigva=128.
As result H264 y HEVC are working, DRM on Safari not (is not important for me) and Sidecar shows "Timed Out error"...

I need Sidecar for work and I tried everything but without any progress. Any suggestion???

UPDATE: I could connect with the cable, everything works. But as soon as I unplug the iPad Pro from the cable, Sidecar stops to work. No Wifi Sidecar for me and I dont know why :/

UPDATE 2: I have found this in Hackintool 2, take a look at the screenshot....maybe thats the problem?

UPDATE 3: Im pretty much convinced that I need to amend the settings of the videocard framebuffer etc. through hackintool, however, Im not that skilled in these things so maybe someone with a working iMac 18,3 SMBIOS with Kaby Lake iGPU can share the screenshots of the settings in Hackintool. Im attaching my screenshots that cause Sidecar to not work on Wifi.

Did you manage to get Sidercar working over Wifi? I have the same problem!

Ok, final UPDATE. Managed to get watch and Sidecar working wirelessly.

I followed the post here https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...cm94360cd-asrock-fatal1ty-z97x-killer.239277/ using the instructions from the Apple Helpline, resetting my Bluetooth controller, Caches, signing out of Keychain, resetting the fefault keychain file and just trying to turn off and on the wifi on the Mac. It just started working. Only thing not working is Handoff/Continuity from other devices to the Mac, but that is for another thread.

I have read all the posts but I have not understood if there is a way to make Sidecar work.
I understand that according to your configuration, there is who works and who doesn't.
I have an hMac with the latest version of Catalina installed and an iPadPro 2019 with ultimate iOS.
I made the first attempts with SMBIOS 19.2. Connection through USB successful but black screen on iPad.
But with my hardware and 19.2 h264 and HEVC was not enabled (test by VideoProc).
Then I switched to a iMacPro 1,1 configuration. With this version of the SMBIOS I am re-enabled the H264 and HEVC but the sidecar still doesn't work (Black screen).
The cable connection is also much less stable than in 19.2.
I don't care if Sidecar works over WiFi
Do I have to give up sidecar? The problem is in the graphics card and should it be changed?
