Hello
I bought a X299 cascade lake MotherBoard : AsRock X299 Creator
CPU : i9 9820x
It boots windows 10 and so I tried to boot Catalina

In BIOS (update to the last version : 1.30)
1- I disable
VT-d
Security Device support
Secure Boot
Intel Platform Trust Technology
CMS
Fast boot
Thunderbolt
Aquantia

2 - Advanced/ACPI/RTC alarm power On .. is ... "By OS" ??

3 - I didn't find anything about MSR lock

I use the last version of clover
During the boot, I stuck on PCI configuration
With or without the APCI patch mention by dolgarrenan here

I Press F4 on clover screen so the origin DSDT is the CLOVER/APCI/Origin Folder
Any idea or help is appreciated!
Thanks in advance

I´m afraid that it will not (never?) boot, like all the other X299 refreshed boards, at least the manufacturers don´t change some things in the UEFI. So dolgarrenan´s Gigabyte Designare EX 10G is the only X299X that is booting :(

Maybe it will take time but no reason not to succeed ;)
I looked at your attachment and your screenshot :
- your issue is not the same as @dolgarrenan : it is a PCI configuration end issue ( on the GA X299X it was a Thunderbolt PCI configuration end issue) : so you're right : the same patch will not solve your issue
- can you upload your preboot log ( the preboot log in your attachment was older out of date : 2018, so it is not relevant for your new configuration )
- what are your bios settings

On your bios do you have on /Boot/ Above 4G Decoding ? if yes => set to on

Updated EFI
On your bios do you have on /Boot/ Above 4G Decoding ? if yes => set to on
No "Above 4G Decoding" Setting in the BIOS (double checked)
thanks again
