I got a RX 580 and am just researching the best way to get HEVC hardware acceleration before I install it.

I am testing on MacPro6.1.
There is no objection to "this story", but in my case, the font display became abnormal when selecting the setting of MacMini6.1.

PS.
A HEVC sample was created on the RX460 and a display test was performed, but GT640 can also be played back on IINA.

Why not upgrade from the dual core i3-3225 to the i7-3770 ? It's clocked much higher and has turbo boost. 4 cores and 8 threads will make a difference.

In a few days i upgrade with catalina and rx 560 4gb.
The sketch have speed problem after 1 hour and need reboot.

If this is a separate build from your 7010 SFF you should have it listed in your signature if not as your primary system in your profile. The 560 should make a significant difference since it has native support. I wouldn't want to rely on the web drivers fron Nvidia on HS.

The Xeon based server systems do take a lot more work to hackintosh and get them running well. If there is no guide to follow for a specific Xeon system expect to spend many hours trying to figure it out for your self.

It can be improved by increasing the memory capacity to the maximum, but it cannot be solved.
The workaround is to save the file and restart the application when you feel that performance has diminished.
Without using the undo function, you have no choice but to save the file on your own.

I have 16gb ram but the hp 8300 i think not working with 32gb.
The sketch need cpu performance not gpu.
I will upgrade to the i7 3770.

The maximum value for adding RAM depends on the OS.
16GB is the maximum for Windows7, but 8GB of memory is available and 32GB for Windows10 or MacOS (forgot version).
I agree with replacing the CPU with the i7-3770, and SSDs can be used up to 1TB.
GPU performance affects the display processing speed, so a high-performance one is better, and the processing is faster.

At present, I think that the largest expansion of MacpPro-2019 is the best cost performance.
