Hi Peeps,
I am interested in building my first Hackintosh and have been googling for compatibility, I think my tech is compatible up to High Sierra (graphics card), can you envisage any other problems I may encounter with my tech spec?:
Case: Corsair Vengence C70 (millitary green)
PSU: Corsair 860w AXI (Platinum Performance)
Processor: Intel i9 9900K (up to 5Ghz when overclocked)
Ram: Corsair Dominator 32Gb 3200Mhz DDR4 (4 x 8Gb)
Motherboard: Asus Maximus Hero 11
Graphics Card: Nvidia Quadro 4Gb K1200 (10-bit compatible)
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo NVME M.2 500Gb
Hard Drive: Toshiba 3TB 7200 Rpm
Hard Drive 2: 500Gb 5400rpm (Used as a back up for C:\)
Corsair LED fans
Corsair H100i Pro RGB Liquid CPU cooler
Bluray Drive: Pioneer BDR-209DBK
Wi-Fi - Asus PCE-AC68 (600 Mbps transfer rate at 2.4 GHz and 1.3 Gbps at 5 GHz)
Bluetooth: Asus 4.0
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Card Reader 3.5" internal
I would like to run a dual boot system using two separate M.2 SSD's (mobo has two M.2 slots). I understand I need to install Snow Leopard + iBoot first via DVD (which i can buy on ebay) and then download the upgrades and install.
Any thing else I need to think of?
Regards
Paul
