Note: SSDT-OsxDetect.aml is basically the same as SSDT-DTPG.
Note 2: Change the SSDT-Hotplug to your RPxx. Mine is configured to RP21.
Note 3: In the thunderbolt bios settings I have Notify SWI on Hotplug (something worded like that) set to no.
Good luck! Report back please. This gave me cold boot, warm boot, and hot plug and my IOReg device tree looks like this. For now, we want that!

TbtForcePower.efi goes in drivers>UEFI?
ThunderboltReset.kext goes in kexts>other?
Still no hot plug.Just use OxsDetect for now. I'm more curious to if this works for you or not than I am sure.
