@psedog

Oofffff, that will be fun!

Any particular reason you have your graphics car in the PCI 1 slot? I have mine in the very bottom and haven't really had any issues to mention. That said..

Do you have DRM enabled/working on your machine? Apple TV applications don't work for me, but part of me maybe things it could be a graphics card thing (kinda old though https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/itunes-protected-video-black-screen-solution-hdcp.195083/)

One thing I found is that using screens 4 (Remote Desktop app from App Store) the hackentosh isn't resizing the screen of my MacBook which if I recall correctly it would always do

It's in the only 16x slot on the board, lol. Extended to the bottom of course. Honestly having it standing up made it easier to mount the waterblock and route the tubes from it. Now I have to finish modifying the shroud so the fan can do a better job of cooling the VRM from it. Overall the system is super quiet now :headbang:

As far as hdcp. As far as I can tell it's working. I had an issue a couple of days ago with a streaming service not working in Chrome saying something about not detecting hdcp, but Netflix worked. I ended up trying it in Firefox and it worked.
I'm out of town so I can't test Apple video service atm. I actually won't be back home this month. So, that'll have to wait.

Completely forgot to check back with ya, but yup that was the issue, and ended up being the issues as to why I couldn't get an EFI that was supposed to be rock solid to boot up.

The EFI I am using has been super stable and all around great if your curious. Its super minimal/designed for the pro/master board but it sounds like there are more than several ppl using the wifi variant. Since I can't include links if you just google "AudioGod's Aorus Z390 Pro Patched DSDT Mini Guide and Discussion", it will come up. It currently uses the latest bios update, but I think your versioning differs from the non-wifi firmware.

The guy keeps everything up today, for the most part and even has an open core variant. Once it comes out of beta I might try switch over granted the process isn't to difficult as I've herd its really the way forward.

@psedog is there particular reason for using both USBPorts.kext together with SSDT-UIAC.aml + SSDT-USBX.aml? In hackintool info stated that you should either use kext or aml patches, not together.
No reason. This has been mentioned a few times. It works and I never saw a reason to change it. I have tested it without UIAC and USBX and it does work. I'll change it with the next update. I'll update all the drivers tomorrow and post the updated package.

Edit: First post updated with current Clover/Kexts.

You EFI folder has completely solved my crash of FCPX I was having, thank you so much. I was receiving a Thread 0 error when launching which pointed towards a graphics card problem. I believe it may be because I had only been tweaking my clover config since I built my workstation with High Sierra last year as I had a 980Ti in it. I did go through the files to compare but wasn't sure which one was causing my issue. Everything is now working on FCPX, iMessage, Facetime etc!!

Cheers

One question, how do I enable the Bluetooth on this config?
Do I need to change the port mappings and exchange something for HS10?
I see in your post that Bluetooth is working and you disabled in the Boot on Clover then were able to connect but I'm not sure I'm following it. Aplogies

You'll have to map HS12. Since I'm using another card for both my Wifi/Bluetooth, having the onboard one enabled caused OSX to not use any of them.
