So I've successfully booted my High Sierra.

I copied the config.plist and I edited the copy and saved the new config to config2.plist. In Clover boot options I selected the new config2.plist to test it. Boot didn't succeed.
Now I want to boot with the unchanged config.plist and that boot don't succeed either. How is this possible?

Thank you for your explanations.

Well I've been tweaking around in the Clover options section. I've noticed that when you load a config.plist, it sets certain values and options. In for instance when i go to Graphics Injector-> and I make a change, Clover ADDS a new entry in the PCI devices-> Custom properties->. Totally messing the settings for that boot sequence. When resetting your system and booting from bios into Clover bootloader it's as defined in the config.plist.

@Enzo.F,

By default Clover will always use the file named config.plist

If you want to boot using a different config (eg: config2.plist) then in Clover goto to the Options sub menu and select the "Configs" menu item.

It will list all the configs that you have and you can select the one you want Clover to boot with, but this will only be for the current session on the next boot it will default back to config.plist.

Cheers
Jay
