Hey guys, any tips on the Mac Pro 7,1 SMBIOS? I think I have it mostly configured, curious about any fixes for the memory module error or PCI slot GUI in About this Mac.

So, new beta of 10.15.3 is out; 10.15.3 Beta (19D62e) - I'm testing it, and my upgrade was far from perfect.

For the first time in a long time, I had some trouble. I had a KP during the upgrade process, and it stopped dead, forcing a hard reset. It also clearly didn't like my SwitchResX, which I've now removed. Finally, it took a really, really long time to login - like almost 10 minutes.

So.....for the rest of you, unless you're testing it like I am, it might be better to give this one some time to age before you upgrade......

Works fine here. Just that memory error once during boot and that's it. I'm sure someone will figure it out soon.

I will say this: now that it's up and running, it seems fine. After the first login, subsequent logins have been normal. Of course, more time will tell better whether it's really stable or not - it is, after all, a beta. I believe that Apple did something with the audio, and my graphics scores also seem a tad bit better (5%). As this is a test machine, I will stay with it to see how it all works out.
