Strange, this thread seems to be linking to the old guide which has the name updated from Mojave to Catalina?

Yes, this is essentially the old guide I wrote last year for Mojave but with updated files for Catalina compatibility.

I did notice that the 3.5mm jack has stopped working, kind of. It worked when I used it earlier this week but now when I plug them in the audio at 100% plays like it were at 5%. I experienced this same issue, when I followed your guide but didn't have the DW1560. When I got the DW1560, I did a clean install following your guide. I haven't changed anything in Clover and aside from a few basic apps it's untouched. Speakers and Bluetooth audio work perfectly but the 3.5mm is very faint even at max volume. I'll also add, I've tested several 3.5mm headphones both 2 and 3-pin variants, to no avail. Curious if you're having this same issue, acdop100.

Has anyone managed to get iMessage to work? Worked in Mojave, though I'm not sure I did anything to get it working originally.

iMessage worked for me out of the box, following the guide. Did you change anything or deviate from it somehow?

I should probably mention I'm using a USB WiFI to connect to the internet, haven't bought a wireless card yet. I've tried Rehab's Null Ethernet method and that hasn't worked either.

Battery status is also not shown. I've followed all the steps in this tutorial too

if I’m honest, I haven’t used my 3.5mm jack too much but iirc it seems to be working fine for me. I can check later but i don’t know what the issue would be. Have you tried updating your kexts? I think they came out with some updates a day or two ago.

Yup, just did all the updates in the all Kext folders in Clover Configurator and rebooted. 3.5mm has to be maxed out volume to even hear whispers, sadly. I am running 10.15.2, are you running lower / higher versions maybe?

Hi All,

Did you manage Backlight control to work? I installed Mac OS Catalina on my dell xps 9370 (4k + i7-8550u) and everything except internal wifi works perfectly.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to successfully complete the RehabMan procedure for installing the AppleBacklightFixup.kext..

Did you ever figure out how to fix this?
I have the same problem. Rehab's Null Ethernet didn't fix my issue.
