macOS Catalina working perfectly UNTIL inserting 5700 XT GPU

Hey guys,

So I've got Catalina 10.15.2 working perfectly on my Hackintosh with my Internal GPU. However, when inserting my Sapphire Pulse 5700 XT, it just won't boot? It gets stuck at the end of the Apple Loading screen and then reboots. Does anybody know what the issue could be? I've seen some posts on the forum, but nobody's Config file works with mine, but that's probably because my specs are different.

Here are my boot arguments, the last entry is what made the difference:

dart=1 debug=0x100 -disablegfxfirmware agdpmod=pikera

Also be sure to update the WEG and Lilu Kexts, the reboot is odd, my system just booted into a black screen.

Hi guys, I have the same problem, when I insert the RX 580 gpu the pc does not start, if I start without gpu everything works perfectly.
My configuration:
MB GA Z 87 X UD5H
CPU 4770K
GPU RX 580 PULSE + NITRO
I updated from mojave installed with unibeast and multibeast to catalina 10.15.2 without any problem but without video card.
someone who is surely very good at me could help me solve this problem.

Thanks for the tip, I will try to modify the boot arguments in the hope that I will be able to install my RX 580 otherwise I will be forced to reinstall my old mojave which works fine with this video card.
I attach to my config.plist since there are much more competent people in this forum than me, if anyone can take a look to see if there is any wrong setting.

The strange thing for me is that in the apple startup screen, with no graphics card inserted, when the loading bar reaches just over half, I see that the apple logo and the loading bar are of a larger size, then from just over half, it is downsized until it reaches the login page.
I don't know if this is normal, or if there is something wrong.

remove -disablegfxfirmware,or remove and change agdpmod=pikera to agdpmod=ignore

-disablegfxfirmware is for the IGPU and will cause your boot to take at least an extra 10 mins. Leave that alone unless you have IGPU disabled.

Before that point it is using a basic video driver when it changes it is loading the OS driver and the resolution associated with the card. if you changed your resolution to what ever the large logo is it would be large the entire boot. including using the IGPU it is normal.

I use a 27 "apple cinema display with a display port connector as a monitor but in my opinion it has nothing to do with the problem because with the graphics card inserted the system does not start, so if I would like to try with a different monitor that has an HDMI connector
I would end up with a system that won't boot.
