Man, i tried to get 1820a to work too, does work only on windows, and also sometimes i just have to unplug and replug it to even work there. MacOS would just refuse to boot! I then got adapter and fitted the 9360cs2 original macbook air card by some cutting of the elitebook chassis, very time consuming process but worth it, it works better even on windows. I think 1820a is just a buggy design.
I would like to hear how you even managed to boot with it...

Updated to 10.15.2 from 10.15.1 via Mac App Store with no problems.

Hp elitebook 8470p With i5 and Intel HD 4000

The Only issue is the webcam like 10.15.1 but is not important to me

Well so far it seems to be a success.

Everything working apart from I'm too scared to touch the hard wifi switch as last time I did, I couldn't get the wifi back :/

I don't have a Trackpad Prefpane atm but I believe this is down to not having a battery installed (seller forgot to put it back in so awaiting delivery of it). I read that the Battery Status is tied in with the Trackpad Prefpane for some strange reason. iMessage & FaceTime worked straight away. Operates fanless below 44C, not sure if the RM flag had something to do with the constant fan but once I redid it without a flag, no problems.

I was pretty sure the 840 G1 had keyboard lighting, still have to do some more research on that - I have a model with the basic keyboard apparently

Do I forever have to keep Fastboot off? Is there a way of accessing BIOS with it enabled and OSX/CLOVER installed?

After settling on a wireless card, I don't know where I should get either additional and/or replacement internal wireless antennas and cables or a card adapter. Any advice? Availability seems quite sparse and rather second-hand, which makes me slightly uncomfortable…

Anybody running a 4K EliteBook 850 G3? I can't get this thing to boot no matter what I do. Progress bar usually grinds to a halt sometimes 25% 50% 75% or 100% depending on the method. Is a 4K display a no go for these particular Hackintoshes under Mojave? I'm about to sell this thing as quickly as I bought it:-S

Nevermind. Injecting Intel with ig-platform ID fixed my issue!

I must say that it is not an easy Task, but if you follow exactly, the Result is stunning.
( you have to find out Frequency´s + of your Prozessor to Compile if not listed )
( i ignored the error of Mainboard Model Numer, and compiled anywhay)

- the script name for your Laptop Model Name is in the script itself, open with editor -

!!!!!! do not Reboot after finishing all the Tasks !!!

1. check Resolution of Clover, was set 2 something Other than FHD in my case, did not Load, apple was far right in screen and nothing happend


2. in my config file, i had to add -disablegfxfirmware, otherwise it stuck´s at gfx loading

was finding out with verbose mode ( select HD in Clover and press Space Bar )

Change VoodooPS2 to SmartTouch, ( Synaptics TrackPad )


I have a Nano USB Wifi Dongle with Wireless USB Adapter Clover-V11
( copy the 2 kext to L/E too if not inject, wich i don´t )


MacbookPro 14,2 generate in Clover from Scratch and copy to generated config for Clover.
