MacPro 3.1 2019 Killer

I bought these two support, and should I use the blu-ray slim laptop drive. I intend to use another VGA in the future, but initially I will use the Gigabyte Thunderbolt card. As I will not use the second bay, I can put a small fan on it.

I am thinking of removing the front panel, because I already took the USB 2.0 connectors and put a USB 3.0 header.
I shouldn't use Firewire's, so I think of pulling a Thunderbolt 3 connector cable from the Titan Ridge board and putting it in place of Firewire.
The question is, I am thinking of placing a P3 connector in place of the front panel audio P2 connector.
Has anyone done this before?
Has anyone taken a P3 cable and cut and made the wires to connect directly to the motherboard?

Following status of the last update:
- Removed the front plate and cut the firewire part
- pasted USB 3.0 connector in place of USB 2.0
- Replaced the fireware piece on the front panel (decorative, not functional)
- I bought P2 Audio HD front panel and put a P3 to P2 cable (microphone and sound)
- I will no longer put 12HDDs, will be 5 4TB HDDs.
- I put 3 Noctua Nf-s12a Pwm to circulate the air inside MacPro
- Using Air Cooler NH-U12A on i9 9900k
- Purchased two monitors, Dell UltraSharp U2419H

Already installed Mojave and working 100%.
Now I'm having trouble installing Catalina, on the last boot, in which we do the Mac configuration, like icloud, keyboard, etc., this image is appearing, which I don't know how to solve.

Problem solved.
Corrupt installation and misconfigured Clover.
Unfortunately it is giving the same error to install Catalina, even with the clover that is working on Mojave.
Unfortunately a 16GB DDR4 has stopped working, now I have 48GB of RAM, but I will buy again to get back to 64GB.

I had all sorts of RAM issues with my Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming. Try running the RAM with XMP disabled and use default clock speeds to see if the RAM runs stable. Also, try the latest BIOS which supposedly addresses some RAM issues.

In my case of RAM, is that when I was put on the board, I went wrong and broke two components in memory.
I knew that would happen someday.
