ok,i got it,share with u

Please,
try one of the two:
1. put "Yes" the "InjectKexts" parameter in config.plist file
2. copy all kext (updated version should be OK) from Clover/kext/other to /Library/Extensions and rebuild kernel cache.

I prefer second method and I use the first one as parachute.

I hope this solve your problem.

I could not fixed my Mohave problems with audio.

Could you provide your IORegistryExplorer data?
I search for hdef, and on that page I observed the PinConfigurations data is hugely different to what was Sierra.
I suspect this difference impacts my audio functionality and I want to check against someone that has a functional audio.

Thanks in advance!

I observed one difference between ioreg's for the:
IOService:/AppleACPIPlatformExpert/PCI0@0/AppleACPIPCI/HDAU@3/AppleHDAController@3/IOHDACodecDevice@3,0/IOHDACodecDriver/IOHDACodecFunction@3,0,1/AppleHDACodecGeneric/AppleHDADriver/AppleHDAEngineOutputDP@3,0,1,0

for the working one (Sierra version):
IOAudioEngineClockDomain = 0x4178f00

for the problematic one (Mojave):
IOAudioEngineClockDomain = 0x737973

I wonder if this clock value difference could be the trouble with coreaudiod failing to work.
Please advise!

update to 0053 or above.
Hi, sorry if this is mentioned many time else where in the forum but i'm unable to proceed beyond the boot part. tried both uefi and legacy enable and return" reboot and select proper boot device.." on selecting usb. Disable legacy and enable uefi does not see my usb at all. setting are as per recommended on page 1 like disabling boot from network and etc. Using latest bio 0054. The usb was formatted HFS+j with GPT on my sister's mac mini (she stay far from me so can only get to use it when both of us are free). The only thing i have not done is to format and erase existing msata ssd which has a UEFI boot drive for window (was planing to do that during the installation phrase with disk utility). Any help? And I'm curious whether usb2 or usb3 port plays a part in it.

edit on 13/12/2019: used a fresh ssd (never used before) and remove 2.5' harddisk. still the same. attached are some of the pic of my bio. The only new thing is the option of xhci mode in usb configuration. Really getting to believe that my usb boot is not done correctly..

Are anyone using 2k or 4k monitor at 60Hz?

For those who are interested in a OpenCore working conf, look at the attached zip file.
For use with Catalina, bios v54.
Provided as is...

Do not forget to reset your nvram !
For information, I’ve just follow this guide and configure with the Haswell part.

I figure out why the audio didn't work after the update.
There was in the log something like:
"
localhost kernel[0]: (AppleSystemPolicy) <AppleSystemPolicy`AppleSystemPolicy::logExecutable(char const*, char const*, int)> log-executable mig callout failed 0x10000004 (path: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/InstantOn.driver/Contents/MacOS/InstantOn responsiblePath: /usr/sbin/coreaudiod isExecution: 0)
"

And I observed that coreaudiod was quarantined and after boot it wasn't launched.

Once that I delete the old content from /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/ and I reboot the audio panel and audio was present again.

I managed to update my NUC from High Sierra to Catalina 10.15.4 with the EFI from the first post with Clover r5107 and a fake EC by a SSDT_EC.aml in EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched/.
