pastrychef's Asus ROG Strix Z370-G Gaming (WI-FI AC) build w/ i9-9900K + AMD 6600 XT

Yes, I have Clover 5.4.1.1 installed (I see there is already 5.8.0.0 available).
I can boot from /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI but not from /EFI/CLOVER/drivers

I have windows on another drive.
I have a directory /EFI/Microsoft and an empty /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/WINDOWS
I can boot from inside this one EFI on the macOS disk directly Windows by selecting a disk icon alongside the macOS disk.
macOS is the default boot though.

Ok on the VegaTab_64.kext file.
The Files FakeSMC*.kext got also removed, is that ok?

Upgrading Clover: Replace EFI first and then upgrade Clover.app or the other way round?

Please post your entire EFI folder and I'll update it for you.

I replaced FakeSMC with Virtual SMC.

Attached. That is the clean 5.4.1.1 version without your latest updates.
Complete EFI folder.

Thanks.

Nothing attached... Please re-do.

SSD to HD is not a problem.
HD to SSD is not a problem.
SSD to SSD is not a problem.
HD to HD is not a problem.

Even USB drives are not a problem.
ok cool thanks for confirming. I had this idea that MAC OS would get little issues and glitches if the install would go from SSD > HHD > SSD as if it configured its "whatever it configures" to best work on the type of drive it's on. From your response, i can deduct that Mac OS adapters perfect to whatever it's installed on and doesn't keep the "baggage" from previous clones/installs. hope that makes sense! thanks again for clearing that up!

Took some time.
I will then replace with your new version and after that upgrade Clover.app to 5.8.0.0, right?

Thanks again

Just make sure that the SSDs are initialized as APFS/GUID.

Please put this EFI folder on the EFI partition of a USB flash drive and boot from it to make sure everything is working.

If everything is good, replace your entire current EFI folder with this one.

I updated with OpenCore. Two restarts and about 20 minutes later...
