Yes I did. No luck. I've been trying different combinations but still no good.
Can you try swapping config files between the different EFI's, so that we can see whether the issue is the config or the something in the drivers/kexts.

I went ahead and reformatted the drive and now I am trying a fresh install. I will get back to you. Thanks.

So I finally was able to get Catalina installed after working 3 days. The attach EFI works. I am having the following issues

1. When I disconnect the HDMI to DVI cable and reconnect I am unable to get the screen to come back
2. TP Link WIFI is not working anymore. AirPortAtheros40.kext is not working anymore
3. Issue with Apple ID. Not sure what the deal is.

Test results are not good compared to when I was using Mojave. At least it starts.

I also updated the Bios to version 10.

Which vender Vega64 do you have? I stuck with Sapphire as they are known to have the closest to stock firmware. Also, need more information to help you out. Make sure you have PCI1 selected in Bios and not iGpu.

I'm on F9. F10 I believe has Intels security patches that slows down or even disables SMT in certain situations.

1. Try using the EFI I made for you in post #25
2. I'm using a Macbook Pro wifi card on a PCIe riser card.
3. This is due to your Wifi. Apple expects you to have Wifi. It's unfortunate. Give this thread a look for trying to fix your TP Link Wifi here

For your "poor" performance in Geekbench, you are comparing a Geekbench 5 to Geekbench 4. The numbers changed dramatically as you can see from my screenshots. I did these back to back. Also, your multicore is down, I believe because you are on Bios F10 instead of F9.

Hmm, I just noticed in your EFI, under drivers, you have two folders. UEFI and BIOS. If you are booting via BIOS instead of UEFI, then you need to copy OSXAptiofix2000 to that folder. I didn't realize Clover separates the two now. Mine has always been just UEFI.

I also see that you have BRCM files. I don't really know anything about that, but it was broken in Catalina. Look at this thread. Apparently they have figured out a way to fix it. Link Here

You can also give this Config a try. It has the Intel GPU frame buffering patches. My system works without it even with iGpu, so I removed it, but maybe it is still needed :?:

I Use Sapphire Vega 64 Nitro+
I got only full Resolution on HDMI .... tomorrow I try to use HDMI 2.0
Same Setup like yours exact same.
PCI1 selected.
I try with csm on/off same story.

Tried it but it still doesn't work. The computer actually rebooted on its own when the cable was left off too long.

I was able to get wifi, bluetooth and I was able to connect to the App Store with my ID.

Still having an issue with disconnecting the HDMI cable. Now when I shutdown I am getting the following error when I start up again "You Shutdown your computer because of a problem". Need to look into that.

Seems to be an issue with shutdown not working. Attached screenshot.

I've also deleted some kext files. I might delete more as I go.

My monitors are HDMI only. I have one connected via HDMI and another connected via an adapter from Displayport to HDMI. I have no way to test via pure DP.

I'm looking through our other thread when we were going back and fourth trying to get your system working. Give these a try.
Download this via Clover Configurator Drivers section
EmuVariableUefi-64.efi

Get rid of the Bios folder and only boot via UEFI. Bios is outdated and should be left behind. It could be causing problems having all the drivers in their twice.

Make sure your iGpu memory is set up this way in bios. (More works on my system, but you had issues with it before and 64/256 was best on your system)
DVMT Pre-Allocated - 64MB
DVMT Total Gfx Mem - 256MB
