Did try it out -
So plugged in at boot recognizing the RX580 as PCIe, short flicker of eGPU next to wifi icon saying "no device".
Shut down and booting without plugged in eGPU. Plugged it in - appears in PCI, again 2-3seconds icon in the taskbar.
Both times no drivers loeaded.
Edit 2: No drivers loaded in TB3 tab and in PCI list for RX580
When unplugging the dialog appers that says you have to savely remove an eGPU.

Found a script to enable "unsupported" TB3 devices (TB1, TB2 eGPUs) <= may look into that
