Hello Guys, I'm new to the hackintosh OS , and I set it up and everything works just fine but my trackpad isn't responding to my gestures when I want to scroll down with two fingers and swipe between views and such stuff like that, and I tried to download a lot of kext files but none of them worked with my laptop correctly , Is it even possible to get my trackpad enabled? if so which kext file I need to setup on dell Latitude E5440 ?
Thanks in Advance :)

It feels like it's critical to setup it myself , cuz I read it may harm my OS , Isn't there a video with a step by step tutorial to follow up with so I can avoid any faults while setting it up?

not sure how you would harm your OS if you follow the instructions, but then again, you still haven't updated your hardware profile, also have you checked in windows to see what track-pad you actually have?

I have actually done setting the Hackintosh up and I'm currently using it with everything works just fine , so how can I know the trackpad type if you say that I need to go back on Windows to figure it out? Is there a way to know my trackpad type from the Hackintosh OS itself?
As for updating my hardware profile , I will
