Thank you for the excellent guide! Just wondering, does the front panel headphone audio work on your build? After following your guide, everything works, except for the headphone audio: it has sound distortion/crackling sound.

Yes, my audio works well on macOS Catalina, both front and rear. Did you try to install the latest lilu and AppleALC?

Thank you for the speedy reply! I did twice already, but still with sound distortion, let me investigate with my old Mojave installation, maybe is my headphone jack, thank you.

It worked! I never looked at your config.plist, only followed the written guide. I copied your Audio inject 11, and clicked ResetHDA, and it all worked well! Thank you!

Hi, which BIOS version do you have? F10? I have F14a, I cannot set CSM=disabled.

I remember that I was able to solve the CSM problem only by reinstalling the BIOS. Now I do not try not to use this function. You may find another solution
