Is the new 9900KS Ok for an Hackintosh, any successful build ? Did someone overclocked it ?

The 9900KS is essentially a higher-clocked version of the 9900K / 9900KF, so it should work in a hackintosh.

Thanks, yes I know, but I'm wary about any "should" when I'm about taking the plunge to a +500$ device, so I'm looking for actual builds

As you like. Personally I see no point with this CPU, especially if it is more expensive than the 9900K / 9900KF.

I plunge ahead with the 9700KF myself even though I see virtually no others using the CPU here when I bought it. It works.

If you've owned and operated your X58 hack for the last 9 years surely you know enough to read some guides and get a new system working.
