If your dGPU is disabled and iGPU/CPU Power management is working, it should run normally.
Could you tell me how to make sure the dGPU is successfully disabled?

If your dGPU is disabled
I used your disability graphics card SSDT or someone else's method, but it still has a big gap with Windows.

MSI's technical support tells me, lost the Dragon Center but the graphics card will still be powered. I verified this result on the Windows platform, the graphics card is abnormally hot, and the battery life is greatly shortened.

He said that although you disabled the graphics card, it caused the graphics card power to be uncontrollable and still continue to receive power.

Also need to switch to the D3 state to cut off the power. I correct it now.

Been trying to get Mojave on my MSI GS75 9SG as well. Followed everything in this thread exactly but I am still stuck in a reboot loop which starts to happen when OS X has 2 minutes left to install. Seems like I get kicked back to the beginning of the install phase each time, and Clover has no options to resume.

All the googling around has not helped. Any ideas?

Thank you

Not sure how, but I was finally able to boot into the os install. But now I am stuck in a reboot loop which occurs at 12 minutes. I have no visibility into logs as mouse/trackpad/keyboard is not working in this phase. I am using drivers that I downloaded here. Hmm

I am using drivers that I downloaded here.

There are no drivers for a RTX 2080 Max-Q here or anywhere else.
Intel® UHD Graphics 630 have native support - No additional drivers required.

All install issues resolved. I now have a Mojave Install on my laptop. Thanks everyone for the wonderful tips.

Few more things I need to iron out though. Seems my fans are in overdrive and laptop gets quite heated with hardly anything running, hmm

My installer gets stuck and then this happens:
