I am sorry zzmadd, please forgive my broken english. I was trying to said even though yours is not fully working but I still wanted to give a try. I am using bios v4.00. I tried the template in Hackintool as suggested by you, as well as the the modifications suggested by CaseySJ, none of them work...

I use the first Bios V1.2
My EFi works great. The issues I had and still sometimes have could possibly related to the iGPU of my particular i3 8100.
I have the system freezing every once in a while when watching videos.
Beside that the system works great. It's not a configuration issue but something else.
Try my EFI as is.
I already modified serial numbers etc etc.
