I want to install Security Update 2019-003 10.12.6 on macOS Sierra. I want to know if its safe and won't brick my hackintosh using AMD Radeon RX 570. Also who has installed this update successfully. Please respond. Thanks.

Yes, it is safe to install. I installed it on my system running Sierra 10.12.6 with a RX 580 some time ago and the installation went smoothly.
