Here's a quick guide to create a macOS 10.15 Catalina Public Beta Installation USB using Clover. Please note, this guide is not universal, and may not work for all systems.

STEP 1: Download macOS Catalina Public Beta

1. Enroll in the Free Apple Beta Software Program
2. Download Public Beta Access Utility
3. Run installer. System Preferences / Software Update will then open.
4. Choose Update Now to download the 6.45GB installation Application.

The Application Install macOS Catalina Beta will appear in /Applications.

STEP 2: Prepare Bootable USB Drive
This step extracts the Installer contents, then installs Clover bootloader to the USB stick.

1. Insert the USB drive
2. Open /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility
3. Highlight the USB drive in left column
4. Click on the Partition tab
5. Click Current and choose 1 Partition
6. Click Options...
7. Choose GUID Partition Table
8. Under Name: type USB (You can rename it later)
9. Under Format: choose Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
10. Click Apply then Partition
11. Open /Applications/Utilities/Terminal
12. Type the following, enter password and hit enter. This command completely erases the USB, then creates native installer media from the Install macOS Catalina Beta Application.

macOS Catalina Release:
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Catalina.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USB /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Catalina.app --nointeraction

macOS Catalina Beta:
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Catalina\ Beta.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USB /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Catalina\ Beta.app --nointeraction
Screen Shot 2019-06-24 at 3.28.55 PM.png
Upon completion, the USB will be renamed Install macOS Catalina Beta.

13. Download the most recent standalone Clover installer from the download section.
14. Install UEFI or Legacy Clover version using the USB (Install macOS Catalina Beta) as the target.
15. Navigate to /EFI/CLOVER/ and replace config.plist with example config.plist (attached below)
16. Navigate to /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/ and add FakeSMC.kext
17. (Optional) Navigate to /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/ and add your ethernet kext
18. (Optional) Navigate to /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/ and add NullCPUPowerManagement.kext

Your Clover Installation USB is now finished.

Installed macOS 10.15 Beta and able to boot in successfully. However, the issue I am facing is that it does not show the correct resolution for the display.

I have tried modifying the Clover.config file for various graphics options, but it's still the same.

I have High Sierra installed on another partition of the same disk, and it's working just fine. Please help me in getting the correct resolution.

If your Nvidia card doesn't have Mojave drivers it won't work in Catalina either. What is your Nvidia graphics card model ?

I am using Asus GeForce 210 1024 MB for graphics.
Do I have to install additional drivers for this?

There are no drivers for that card. Not supported. Try a GT 710 instead.

Ιnstalled macOS 10.15 Beta successfully. So easy!
