Intel marketing confusion; Kaby Lake/7th Gen chipset with Coffee Lake/8th Gen processor is supported. 8th Gen chipset has CNVi wireless socket, not included with your Asus Z370-f.But I have an 8600k in the Asus z370-f, that's coffee lake...kaby lake is 7th generation
Problem with your systempluginType also doesn't work on Z390 system at least it does not work for me
Oh okay thanks...did you by any chance look at my reporting files? If yes, do you think my Power Management is working? Because I don't know if I should trust AppleIntelInfo or Intel Power Gadget.Intel marketing confusion; Kaby Lake/7th Gen chipset with Coffee Lake/8th Gen processor is supported. 8th Gen chipset has CNVi wireless socket, not included with your Asus Z370-f.
No, 800 MHz for you CPUIs 1.3Ghz minimum idle frequency is a native value?
Yesyes, do you think my Power Management is working?
??don't know if I should trust AppleIntelInfo or Intel Power Gadget.
IGPU disabled, noDo I need to go through iGPU power management described in this thread, and then going to dGPU power management as described in another different thread?
NoDoes the Lilu+WEG with framebuffer patching using Hackintool, already setup for Power Management as well?
But why does the Intel Gadget only show 2 or 3 different frequencies? It only bounces between 1300 and 4100, nothing in between...
I wrote that because they show two different things, AppleIntelInfo says that it's working and Intel Gadget shows only a couple of frequencies in the log (attached in my report files).??
I trust both
