Sure, why not...
Attached you can find the result of running gen_debug about 10 min ago.

I'm curious about your feedback ;-)
ioreg didn't get created properly :)

probably best to check over the laptop guide config.plist as mentioned above :)

Ok thank you. I'll have a look into that asap

I just used your CLOVER folder, and I still have no graphics acceleration. What's going on?

As per rules, please update your hardware profile to allow others to help you easier

please read the faq for proper hardware profile setup:

When I use the latest debug zip's CLOVER, I get a kernel panic...

Ok, I got the acceleration working, but the backlight range is extremely limited. Have you fixed this?

I'm happy to hear that your acceleration is working now. Unfortunately the backlight is also not working as it should.
My next aim is to get touchpad working. Its very annoying to use mouse all the time. In the meanwhile, if you succeed getting more things working, please let me know.

I'm working on the touchpad, too. I've been talking to someone on the VoodooI2C chat. I've made progress - It's showing up in the IOReg with VoodooI2C details, but it still doesn't work.
Meanwhile, the Whiskey Lake backlight problem is being discussed here: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...n-doesnt-have-back-light.260821/#post-1969328

I've got the touchscreen working with full gesture support!
- Patch your DSDT to enable the GPIO controller
- Add the "Change _OSI to XOSI" patch in Clover Configurator's ACPI settings
- Install the VoodooI2C and VoodooI2CHID kexts
The screen shows up as if it's a touchpad in the system preferences; change the gesture settings there.
The actual touchpad is still a work in progress.

Oh, that sounds really great. Thank you for that tip. I will try ASAP when I’m home again with my computer.
