Yes. There are kexts installed there.

I had to also install USBInjectAll in L/E as well as it wasn’t being picked up from the Clover/Other folder.

However, there are only the kexts you placed in C/O plus the Mausi one that I installed anyway.

Let me know it this is a problem.

P.S. the fault is different.

The system sleeps but wakes immediately at the moment.

The screen is blank, but the machine is pingable etc. I installed teamviewer and the system re-appears after wake.

however, I cannot connect. The system is still not stable after wake. After a while the system appears to hang again.

Jon.
Delete the kexts from library/ extensions , kext like usbinjectall and intel mausi, whatevergreen.
Kexts should only be installed in Clover/Others, I already placed those kexts there.
OK, will do. I’ll let you know how it goes!

I realised my clover folder was a mess due to all that tinkering. I updated it (based on the vanilla install for Kaby Lake - injected the Intel Framebuffer patch) and have edited the attachment in my previous post.
I got the machine to sleep and it won't wake up :(
I've lost access to it for a while as I'm at work. I'll try your EFI Folder as soon as a get access. Thank for the help !

Not using any PCI devices. The only device connected is a Logitech Bluetooth receiver.

Are you using usb pcie card?

Replace EFI folder and delete those 2 files from Library/ Preferences .

The EFI doesn't boot - it gets stuck in the boot screen . Attached a pic here. Tried with -disablegfxfirmware and it still wouldn't boot.

After that

I tried

1. Vanilla install - Boots successfully, hdmi sleep issues
2. Applied the Intel Framebuffer patch - Boots successfully, hdmi sleep issues
3. Even tried this - HDMI Black screen problem - although it doesn't seem to apply to my board. https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...ching-guide-hdmi-black-screen-problem.269149/
I
Port 5; index 1 changed from DP to HDMI >> Boots successfully, hdmi sleep issueshdmi sleep issues

@mattystonnie

Hi,

Here is the latest IORegistry output from my system as requested...

All Hack drivers are removed from L/E and only the ones you sent in EFI Other are present.

(I learnt something new again - these drivers don't show up in the system report which is why I thought they were not being loaded! They obviously are being loaded though)

The system sleeps, but still crashes on wake. However, there are no longer any failure entries in pmset -g log.

Thanks,

Jon.

FYI,

I borrowed a GTX 660 out of my lads PC - and sleep works perfectly.

I can't use this other than for testing, so would still really appreciate your help!

Thought you may like to know, it *seems* to definitely be HD630 related?

Cheers,

Jon.

Can you try SMBios iMac 14,2 ? Its the best one so far. Also you'll need USB patches.

You need to Patch Sat0 to SATA in clover and AUDIO inject. Maybe we try SMBios iMac 14,2 ?

I can try this, I have already tried several SMB settings, 18,1 17,1 and 14,2 - however I will try again in conjunction with the other fixes.

Will feedback.

Thanks again,

Jon.

After that we can go crazy and try a fake id from Skylake IGPU.
