How to fine tune XFX RX580?

I had GTX770 of which died and i bought RX580 and it is a plug and play, then removed injection of Nvidia from config.plist only not tempered with any kexts. What i have discovered is the following:
-Takes time to boot as compared to GTX770
-it sometimes boot faster, with abnormal high sound of fan for about 5 seconds
-Then the is always quiet I'm not sure if it is ok
-the temperature how can i be sure if it is ok or not

You can install the fakeSMC add ons, there is one specific for GPU. then you can see the GPU temperature using hardware monitor(this would not open for me) or iStat(has a free trial period). I like iStat and ended up buying it. You can tell really easy if your video card is getting to hot simply by running something like Unigine Heaven benchmark, yes there is a macOS version, and then seeing if the fans are spinning and audible with the case open, the whole time touching the heatsink to see how hot it is getting, if the fans are not going fast enough then the heatsink will feel hot and you should probably shut it down and investigate, but if you can keep your finger on the heatsink and the fans are noticeably moving air during the benchmark then you are probably okay. You should see the fans spin up faster when you run the benchmark, and then slow down immediately when you exit the benchmark. If the fans don't change speed then you should investigate. The card won't overheat as long as you are not gaining and the fans are spinning at all. It is normal for the fans to completely stop if the temps are low enough, often in a cool room at the desktop.
