Updated my macOS High Sierra and had no any problems, but after updating to Mojave, found a problem with awaking from Sleep.

Have looked into this thread but it does not resolve my issue: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/solved-mojave-reboot-when-waking-from-sleep.261061/

Attaching my debug dump.
Updated my macOS High Sierra and had no any problems, but after updating to Mojave, found a problem with awaking from Sleep.
  • What was the hardware (Motherboard+CPU+Graphics) used for this Upgrade from macOSHighSierra to macOSMojave of Unspecified Version?
  • Your Profile is incomplete as shown with No Motherboard.

Can't edit my own messages somehow, have provided slightly wrong data. Correct data is:

Graphics: before update NVidia GTX 1070, after Intel HD Graphics 630

  • Your uploaded files included Panic logs with 3 KPs.
    • Your installed macOSMojave is NOT 10.14.5 but 10.14.4.
    • You have changed your SMBIOS Product Model Name, between Panics, from MacMini 7,1 to MacPro 6,1 and back to MacMini 7,1
    • Your Kernel Cache had shown Nvidia Cuda from your Nvidia PCIE GTX 1070 in 1 log
    • Two KPs point toward a Problem from Intel GraphicsFamily.
  • CLOVER/ kexts/Other shows only FakeSMC.kext. No Lilu, WhateverGreen.kexts.
    • I assume they are installed properly in SL/E or S/L/E
    • You have still the empty Numbered Kexts Folders in CLOVER/kexts
    • config.plist is not edited properly for Intel HD Graphics
  • I suggest uploading your BIOS Screen shots including the ones dealing with Graphics.
  • Upload Screen Captures of System Report> Hardware> all Devices listed or at least Graphics and Displays
  • How is your Monitor connected to the Graphics?
  • Have you Physically removed the NVIDIA PCIE Graphics from its PCIE slot or used any BIOS Patch to block ?
  • Since you had used the Nvidia during the upgrade Installation, I think it will be very hard for you to remove all those NVIDIA kexts .
  • My suggestion is to try a Fresh installation on another disk or Reformat this one after saving Personal files.

Thank you for your suggestions! I have made a fresh install, avoided to use FakeSMC.kext, but have enabled WhateverGreen fixup in Multibeast. The problem with sleep still persists.

Here is dump I just have received.
