Hi everybody,
I've build a hackintosh machine with these hardware.

CPU: i5-8400
Motherboard: ASRock H370M-ITX/ac
GPU: ASRock RX570 4G Phantom Gaming
SSD: SAMSUNG 970 EVO 250G NVMe
Memory: Team DDR4 2400 16GB
Wi-Fi: Lenovo BCM94352Z

Everything looks like perfect, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPU, .etc.
So I used it as work computer, and took three 1920x1080 moniters with three DisplayPort in ASRock RX570.
I put it to sleep at night instead of shut done it.

Now the problem is that it occasional white screen in all three moniter and the mouse cursor is gone too. But the machine is still running, and I have to force it to restart. One of them happened after working for five days, and the other happened after working for nine days.

It looks a bit like the gpu crashes, but I'm not sure.
At first I used the Sapphire RX580 8G when I install the Mojave. Later, for a smaller case, I changed to ASRock RX570 4G Phantom Gaming without reinstall Mojave. I am not sure if it is related to this.

Any advice will be appreciated!

I also have this problem.

For me its a bit more its about 1x every day.

I use an:
ASUS PRIME Z370-P
Intel 9600K
Vega 56 non stock cooler
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB
24GB Ballistix DDR4 2400mz
No wifi just lan cable.

Running one 4k monitor over display cable.

@lenoxx Hi, Have you solved this problem?

Yes i have solved this but i dont remember what i did since its quite a long time ago.

I installed the vega fix for the fans and temps and i also updated the regular kext stuff and i dont have this problem anymore.

Im quite sure it had something to do with the fans / temps on the vega.
