How do you "roll back" your bios? None of this is working for me. The computer was fine until we went on vacation. We powered down before we left and when we came back the sound wasn't working. I did everything and now I'm just trying a fresh install and can't get past "prohibited". Any other ideas?

It is solved for the originator of the thread.
If you have problems perhaps you should start a thread of your own.

You could try to flash your UEFI BIOS to an older version.
