Why leave your perfectly working 7010 for a 7020 ? With the i7-3770 the 7010 performs just as well or better than an i5 Haswell based 7020.

Here's how my display shows up with the K600 installed. IGFX is disabled in BIOS. Not running it headless.

Thanks for confirming. I thought that you have an RX570 as well...

I swapped mostly because I was looking for a challenge as well as having a MT form factor allows for a wider range of dGPUs later on. (keeping the system office compliant in terms of looks... any non "office" case would stick out :) )
I also couldn't find any low profile amd gpus for a reasonable price. The SFF was very limiting...

Thanks for confirming
Have you made up a custom USB-SSDT for the 7020 yet ? You may want to do that since no one in this thread has presented one here. Should help your BT to work normally.

Thanks to the guid and post 125, I finally have my very first hackintos. The only problem I have now is the audio is not working, I use hdmi with built-in speaker LG LED Monitor. I checked on audio device it only shows headphone and linout. Any advice?

I use a Gt710 graphics card and the HDMI carries audio perfectly. Not expensive and better than the built in graphics.

Great, so is the audio problem completely solved now ? (all inputs and outputs working correctly) ?

Were all the USB Ports working correctly with the SSDT-USB from @trs96 guide ?

- iMac 14,2 seems to be the SMBIOS to go since as far as i checked it has no USB conflicts on injecting additional usb ports via kexts.
- SSDT-LPC needed as i expected (common case with Haswell LPC) - i attached the SSDT, add it into EFI/Clover/ACPI/Patched.
- Also attached EFICheckDisabler.kext, install it into L/E
- Removed H_EC to EC rename as the EC device on ACPI only returns zero, we need to inject fake EC device for USB Power Properties to load (attached new config.plist & SSDT-EC) add SSDT-EC into EFI/Clover/ACPI/Patched.
Hi,
I have a dell 9020 i7 4770 8gb DDR3 intelhd 4600.

After installation, Mac OS does not boot from SSD. can you help me? Thank you

@nf7, please update your profile (account details) with your Motherboard, CPU and iGPU or Graphics Card(s).
If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard.

Latest security update downloaded from the App Store. Installed with no hitches.

Make sure you have a clone of your System drive/EFI partition just in case....

Use Clover Configurator. Mount System Partition and Clone Drive EFI partition.
Copy System EFI to Clone Drive EFI partition.
Unmount both EFI partitions.
Use Super Duper to copy System Drive to Clone Drive.

You should have a bootable Clone Drive with EFI partition. Go ahead and use App store to install the latest Security update.

I see some here have had success with DP/HDMI Audio just using Onboard HD4600, but I didn't, as I notice some other didn't too. I then swapped the DP from the lower port (nearer the VGA) to the upper port and it worked! Could this explain why some had success and others didn't? This is a weird one. Does anyone know why this would be? i.e. Audio from one DP/HDMI and not the other? Other than that it seems fine and I think the files from post 125 fixed the sleep and USBs not working. Just wondering too if there is any more to do for the USB as some have mentioned having to do a different process, or have the files from 125 now made that unnecessary? Lastly, what does SSDT actually mean (and do) ? Thanks for the guide and the mods thereafter.

This is exactly the same on the Optiplex 7010/9010, one of the DP outputs doesn't give you HDMI audio. It probably has something to do with how macOS and real Macs have DP configured to work. Don't know of any fix for this issue. You'll want to create a custom SSDT for your USB ports so that they all work at rated speeds and so that the onboard USB 2.0 header is included. If these are like the 7010/9010 then only the DT/MT versions have a USB 2.0 header.

BTW: The OP should add the files from #125 to post #1 so that people new to this can start using them right away when they do the install.

Would be a good idea to have your 7020/9020 system in your profile or signature.
