Thanks, I've uploaded new problem reporting files.
These are the main issues I'm trying to get working:

1. UHD630 not fully recognized: I've tried all kind of platformID's but it still shows up as 7mb memory.
2. No sleep function.
3. Trackpad is only recognized as mouse, the panel shows up in the settings but no multitouch gestures work, only the soft click.
4. Audio, no sound through headphone jack, although internal speakers are working.
5. The native wifi card (killer) works only for bluetooth (which I thought would not work at all), I tried replacing it with the DW1560 but had no wifi nor bluetooth so I'm now on an external USB card and the killer for bluetooth. Would like to get the DW1560 working.

Should I post them separately?

Hey NicolasGT,

I have a HW config which is close to yours. Can you share your Clover EFI folder? I'm trying to install Mojave on mine. Did you get it to work? So far all I have is a black screen.

Thanks.

Hey pmtremblay, you can find my clover folder in the files posted as problem reporting in my original post. If you read that post also you will see what I'm having issues with, other than those in general it runs ok.
Also, I've just noticed this thread with a few others working with the same HW and have posted problem reporting files and config.plist you can try.

Unfortunately what the zip file you attached is good if Mojave was already running. I'm trying to install it.

Thanks NicolasGT,

1- How did you manage to go to Mojave?
2- Which post did you follow from this website?
3- Did you go straight with Unibeast Mojave Install or did you upgrade from High Sierra?

I tried both ways none of them worked for me. I was successful to install HS (without the UHD630 not properly recognized - 31MB) but not able to upgrade to "Supplemental Update 2 for MacBook Pro (2018)". Right now, I'm trying to install from Unibeast Mojave Install route but the combination of Config.plist and Clover folder on USB does not cooperate with me.

4- Where do you go to obtain instructions as to how to use gen_debug script?

Any help welcome.
Cheers.

I didn’t do the supplemental update. I think I downloaded it from Apple, seem to remember finding a kind of generic Mojave install guide… but just googling around.
I think I just used clover directly, as I recall… (i.e., just installed clover on the usb with the Mojave installer on it)
neither unibeast nor multibeast… (pretty sure, but again, I don’t recall exactly).

I think the gen_debug thing is on a page here somewhere, on the 'how to report a problem' post.

Hi there,

I am having problems to choose the Mojave USB-InstallStick to boot.

I generated the stick with Unibeast, changed it with the kexts, config.plist and SSDT-Disable_DGPU.aml on it as decribed in this post (https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/wip-guide-xps-9570-hackintosh-guide.259844/) and changed BIOS on the XPS as described here https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-dell-xps-15-9560-high-sierra-10-13-2.243384/

The USB fails to appear, when I start the boot manager.

What can I do to boot from the USB.....?

Read up on the FAQ first:

Thanks. I've built a new USB Installer Stick like described in the laptop guide and this worked now. I managed also to install Mojave 10.14.4 on an external USB3-SSD, which boots when Clover from the USB Stick is used.

I'm stuck in the Post Installtion now and I don't get Clover working on the external drive.

I installed Clover from Mojave and gave it a few boot-tries with SSDT-Disable_DGPU.aml in /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched and with different kexts and drivers64UEFI i found, none resulted in a proper boot.

Any tips to smoothen the Post Installation?

copy the efi from your working usb stick to your hard drive

Thanks, that worked also pretty well. System boots now from external USB-SSD with Mojave on it.

Which way do I have to go now to get some stuff optimized?

Working:
OnBoard Audio/Mic
Bluetooth is ON and works with a mouse, but can't be switched OFF

Stuff I would like to fix:
UHD630 shows 31 MB VRAM ... how can I check if QE is working, guess it isn't .. any chance?
Display offers 3840x2160 and 1920x1080, but in UHD it doesn't scale text or UI
