I figure since this new card was all shielded up and everything I didn’t have to worry about interference etc.

Ok, can you plz share a link to a proper 4.1 Broadcom module or module + adapter? On Amazon, Ebay, aliexpress is a very messy condition, 'cause product descriptions are written so bad. I'm scared to buy the wrong one. Anyway, my adapter already has shielding, so in theory I should be able to swap the airport card.

I don’t want to recommend the wrong thing because I had issues when I swapped the OSXWifi module with something newer.

But if you really want that option I will try to find the link of that module.

The combo card I recommended previously was this.

The problem is that I live in Italy, that thing is in the USA
 
I have the same hardware configuration with you(I9-7980XE+ radeon VII. but it doesn't work! Davinci Resovle slower than vega64 and Final cut pro X crashes though Geekbench and Luxmark scores normal. What steps have you taken after updating to 10.14.5 beta1?

Confirmed. It was plug and play with yesterday's update in my Asus Prime X299 Deluxe system. OpenCL bench comparison scores are of a RX-480 (top number - 127,645) vs the VII (150,426). I will play with it this weekend and update if any issues appear. VGTab also appears to open with this card. Games and everything else that wasn't working are now. Wish I had time to test right now to check for acceleration, etc. Just to clarify - the VII is in the system alone (no helper card).

The shipper should be able to ship it to Italy for a nominal fee. Also see if it’s available in places that ships directly to Italy/EU. :thumbup:

Some cards will look like this exactly but not have that same module inside. I think I went through 2-3 cards from AliExpress but they weren’t the most recent module/combo.

I've been using it for 1 year, Apple Trackpad, Apple Keyboard and now also Logitech MX ergo and Airpods without any kind of problem.
Maybe something creates interference?
 
If it would be interference it should hiccup every single time, no? Instead, it happens 5-10% of the times (fresh boots)
