10.13.6 Audio problems with Nvidia driver

Hi @toleda,

first of all thank you for looking into this with me i know im a noob :/

Things i've tried:
1. To use onboard audio and it works ok without this issue

2. Plugged my USB card into different USB port and it works fine!!

Obviously i have something bad about configuring my USB ports. Should i make my own kext for MSI X99a Gaming 7 board which is limiting me to 15 ports using this guide https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/xhc-usb-kext-creation-guideline.242999/? Or it is not the problem and it's something else ?

P.S I am really able to run on one monitor with native drivers.
