High Sierra native support for 10Gb ethernet

This Syba card is kinda unreliable. After a month it suddently stops doing WOL. So I have to unplug it and keep it aside for few days and then it magically starts to do WOL. It seems like capacitor discharge issue.
It has happened 2 times. I checked if some Windows Update borked my install but the other Non-Syba card from Aquantia works without any WOL issues.

Is the Sonnet Solo 10G or the ASUS XG-C100C working OOB on Mojave ?

@pastrychef Thank you for your answer. Do you know why ? Because is the same Aquantia chip isn't it ?

I've heard this about WOL on the Syba before, so that could be an issue IF wol is a deal breaker for you. It's not for me. And, given my troubled experience with the Sonnet Solo (keep your receipts!), my Syba has been working great. As I said, I don't care about WOL, so that just doesn't lower my recommendation for Syba being the best and easiest (remember, no patching, no rebooting with 10.3.3, no drivers, no AMLs, no kexts, no nothing required in macOS).

Also, for me, the Syba works in macOS, Linux and Windows (yes, I triple boot on the same computer).

I have all my utilities to wake my system using the motherboard's built-in ethernet and was too lazy to ever re-do them to wake through the Sybe so I don't even know. Lol

So found out that Syba was not the issue. Windows update messed up with LAN's MAC address and it was showing some generic address instead of Syba's actual one. Hence WOL was not working.
After clean install of Windows 10, WOL started to work again.

For everyone wondering why a random Aquantia card will not work in macOS:

macOS needs this specific chipset AQC-107s. The "s" is important. If your card is AQC-107, it will not work.
Currently Syba 10G, Aquantia 10G Gaming (black one) and Sonnet 10G solo are the only 3 cards confirmed to be compatible with macOS out of the box.

I was unable to find the "S" in the specs of the Syba card.

So this one (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C5VLVFF/?tag=tonymacx86com-20) works OOB? I'm running 10.13.6 because I have a Pascal graphics card, do I need Mojave for this to work OOB?

So updated to Mojave 10.14.4 and my Aquantia 107 stopped working.

Anyone know what this error means?
"Waiting for remote debugger connection" it just holds on that error message and won't boot into macOS.

When I physically take the card out it boots fine into macOS.

The Aquantia kext patch does not help.

This card worked fine in 10.14.3 OOB with no patches.
It works fine in Windows as well.
