I followed this guide https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/adding-using-hidpi-custom-resolutions.133254/ using the automatic tool. I attached my display/contents/resources/override/ folder incase theres something wrong with it. I'm using config.plist file of my gpu from your repo so i think im using the correct ig-platform-id. i tried ig-platform-id 0x1 but i get no graphics acceleration with that

Then something is wrong with your setup or display override file.
Try different ig-platform-id.
Provide details on display override file and how it is installed.

Can you list an ig-platform-id for skylake i could use please? I checked hackintool and none of the ig-platform-ids is showing a framebuffer specs that are the same as my graphics card. any help would be appreciated

Experiment with different ig-platform-id values.

Hi i tried all ig-platform-ids and none of them made hidpi available on sysprefs->displays

I had a problem with windows after i updated the bios and and took out the ssd out of the sata port. I placed it back after that and now the custom hidpi resolution i created does not show in RDM either

I have enabled hidpi and checked the file /Library/Preferences/com.apple.windowserver and it says enabled but still no hidpi resolutions available
