Evidently not.
Unpatched kexts will not show in kextcache output.

@RehabMan I just edited the vram value and restored it back to default. No big deal i guess

Most reliable way to restore system kexts is to run the macOS installer.

@RehabMan Should i extract DSDT & SSDT with clover or ssdtprgen? I know that you recommend clover but i have a sandy bridge cpu, does that make any difference?
