I have removed all the kexts that were throwing errors that were old and rebuilt the kextkache I am still having the same problem. This is a fresh install with a time machine restore of my old MacBook Pro Apps and personal files only. Though from the looks of it there were some kexts I had to remove. Are you still seeing problems with any kexts? I could not see anything that looked out of place kext wise.

Hi, anyone tried to upgrade to 10.14.3 with this HP patch set and survive? I am currently on 10.14.2 and running as smooth as butter, however the os itself is buggy.

I am running 10.14.3 with no problems other than sleep though I haven't gotten that working at all yet.

Thanks for your info. Sleeping issue is always to do with ACPI config, the most complex tweak...

Hi, so i actually installed Mojave, on my 650 G2 ( i3 6100u, 8 GB, HD 520 ) and everything working except for the wifi,i was that there's a fix about the battery, but i have to say that i am kinda confused about how to make the battery pourcentage working, and when i unplug the laptop or try to boot without having it plugged in can't boot ^^ Saw somethings about DSDT patching, and other things but didn't understand, i'm new to hackintosh world,
So if i can get help would be cool, thanks :)

EDIT: i installed Mojave, and added only VoodooHDA as a kext, and try AppleSmartBatteryManager and ACPIBatteryManager. Nothing more in terms of fixes.

I did a fresh install of Mojave on Probook 440 G5, however the slightly dim the screen when on battery doesn't work, it works only if I disable and re-enable it, also even if I plug headphones they're not recognised by the system (I've tried with 2 pairs of headphones). Also the headphone's mic used to work under high sierra which is no longer the case. Could you please help. I'm attaching reporting files. I know I have a thread already opened but no one seems to respond to it and idk how to delete it so I'm posting here again

Do fresh install, without any TM restore.

Follow post #1 as written.

however the slightly dim the screen when on battery doesn't work,

It is a problem I'm aware of.
You can use an older version of ACPIBatteryManager.kext to get the feature back.
I haven't decided how I want to address it for permanent.
