I disable port limit
no install usb kext.

1.) You MUST change from KGP-iMacPro-GA-X299-WU8-XHCI.kext to KGP-iMacPro-GA-X299-WU8-XHCI-15port.kext when disabling the port limit patches!

2.) Did you try new SSDT-X299-SL05-GFX0-HDAU-ARPT.aml.zip attached to post #1,890 at all?

True.. I swapped by error the IDs between GFX0 and ARPT, another stupid error..

Now please try this one attached below.. it must work now!

You must test KGP-iMacPro-GA-X299-WU8-XHCI-15port.kext with disabled USB port limit patches!

KGP-iMacPro-GA-X299-WU8-XHCI.kext does not work with disabled USB port limit patches!

If you disable the USB port limit patches, macOS can ONLY IMPLEMENT 15 PORTS!

And KGP-iMacPro-GA-X299-WU8-XHCI.kext tries to implement 24 PORTS!

Now dude, try to use this EFI-Folder, which is fully vanilla (10.13.4 to 10.14.4) and report back with IOREG.save and PCI screenshot!

EDIT: reloading modified vanilla EFI-Folder after revision and bug fixing.

man, move the mouse to a different port, maybe it is just plugged to a port which has been disabled..
