APFS format works well on SSDs, but not on HDDs. I am currently running Mojave with APFS. Use the latest Legacy Clover build r4862-Legacy download from the forum - https://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/clover-uefi-boot-mode-v2-4k-r4862.416/Thank you friends i am finally able to install mac os high sierra on my evga x58 system. i have borrowed gt 710 from my friend to do the framebuffer step suggested by gio321 but i am facing a problem. i cant boot to the mac os ssd without high sierra installation usb drive. i have tried installing clover(legacy one) on my mac os ssd and changed config.plist with the one on installation usb and copied all the necessary kexts.NOTE: mac os got installed on apfs format automatically. what should i do? any help would be appreciated.
It already has patches needed in config.plist if you do not have a DSDT customized for your hardware.
